Design your very own heart necklace and choose from a choice of Sterling Silver, 14k Gold Filled and 14k Rose Gold Filled (see below)

The hearts measure at approx 1cm // Personalise each disc with an initial, up to 6 characters (numbers of letters) or pattern stamp (Rainbow, Dandelion etc.)

*Please note as this is a design your own listing you need to select each element of your necklace (chain, discs etc.) this is so you can mix and match the metals to suit you*

Every necklace is lovingly made by myself from cutting the shapes, drilling, sanding, polishing and personalising! with each piece being handmade it means that there may be slight variations in stamping etc but this gives each piece of jewellery its own character and uniqueness
