Design your own mini heart necklace! You can choose which chain style, length and metal you would like along with the number of discs/hearts. On top of that you can then add charms and choose which personalisation you would like on your discs... you could have just initials.. Stamps (available stamps shown in picture)... maybe a date or a short name (up to 6 characters)
